INGREDIENTS
Angel Bay Homestyle Beef Burger
Brioche Burger Bun
1x Tbsp Tomato Relish
1x Cabbage, finely sliced
1x Red Cabbage, finely sliced
1x Italian Parsley, finely sliced
1x Red Onion, finely sliced
1/2 x Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 x Cup Green Yoghurt
1x Tbsp Dijon Mustard
METHOD
Create the Asian slaw by mixing the cabbage, red cabbage, parsley, and onion. In a separate bowl, create the dressing by combining the mayonnaise, yoghurt, and mustard. Add enough dressing to the cabbage mix to ensure a sturdy consistency - you want to avoid the mix being too wet.
Cook the Angel Bay Homestyle Beef Burger patty according to the product instructions. While the patties are cooking, halve the burger bun and lightly toast both sides on the grill.
To assemble the burger, spread a generous layer of tomato relish on the bottom bun. Add the patty and the Asian slaw and set the top bun. Bon appetit!
