INGREDIENTS


1 ripe avocado
  • 1 lime finely grated zest and juice
  • 1 tablespoon snipped chives
  • 1 tablespoon light sour cream

METHOD

  1. Scoop avocado flesh into a small food processor. Add lime juice zest and chives. Pulse until finely chopped. Add sour cream and pulse until smooth.
